Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before the start of instruction unless otherwise arranged
• Payment can be made via accepted methods as specified during enrollment
• All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Course fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refunds

• Students may cancel enrollment up to 48 hours before the course start date for a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• If we cancel a course, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available session

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Deepenginearis, including but not limited to course materials, blueprints, instructional videos, written guides, and website content, are the intellectual property of Deepenginearis Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

Upon enrollment in our courses, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit:

• Commercial use or resale of course materials
• Distribution, sharing, or publication of materials without written permission
• Modification or creation of derivative works based on our materials

Student Work

Construction activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from tools, materials, and physical activity. By participating in our courses, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Safety Measures

• All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructor directions
• Participants with health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate must inform us prior to course start
• We reserve the right to remove participants who do not follow safety protocols

Assumption of Risk

By participating in our courses, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with construction activities and agree that Deepenginearis shall not be liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of course participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deepenginearis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
